Program Schedule:

8:30-9:00: Arrive, check-in at IMS registration desk (located outside the Florida Ballroom and proceed into the STEM activity room
 
9:00-9:45: Welcome from Larry Dunleavy (IMS2014 Chair)
                Breakfast -Introduce College/Corporate Representatives
 
9:45-10:00: Brief introduction to microwave technology and what IMS is all about:
                   1. Ramesh Gupta (IMS2014 STEM Chair & IEEE MTT-S Education Chair)
                   2. Tom Weller (IMS2014 Vice-Chair)
 
10:00-10:15: Assemble into small groups with young engineer/adult mentors (Graduate student from Florida Universities).
 
10:15-11:45: Tour IMS Exhibit show floor and technology scavenger hunt at the Tampa Convention Center
 
11:45-12:45: Lunch along with college student and symposium attendees
 
12:45-1:30: Panel session: Discussions on Engineering, Science & Related Careers Panel session presenters:

2:45-3:30: Hands on activities at the University and Industry Exhibits
 
3:30-3:45: Activity wrap-up and Interactive feedback session
 
3:45-4:00: Walk to IMS Closing Ceremony at Tampa Convention Center
 
4:00-5:30: IMS Closing ceremony, Tampa Covention Center, Ballroom BC
